  I had Natural Bridge Heating and AC replace an aging system with an all electric high efficiency system. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. It was a big job and Donnie had the entire crew working on it so they could get it done in one day.

Their pricing was very fair, they were honest and upfront throughout the entire process, and the level of service was excellent.   We had a problem with our A/C last week and we are totally impressed with this company. We called and the sweet lady we spoke to took our info and said a technician would call. 10 minutes later he called - and said he would be there in 30 minutes - he was - and happened to have the part in his truck - fixed in 5 minutes. HIGHLY recommend this company.

  Donnie and his crew at Natural Bridge Heating and Air did a stellar job replacing our outdoor A/C & heat pump and replacing the furnace under the house. Not only did they work through 95 degree heat, they worked efficiently and quickly. In addition, they ran 2 new lines into our addition and moved our intake from the floor and moved it to the wall. This took custom engineering and precise measure to fit the new vent into the wanted space. They also re-secured all the other duct work with straps to ensure the best results for our cooling and heating needs! Their dedication and skill showed through, love the end result.
