  We hired New Line Construction to remodel the bathrooms in our home and they did a wonderful job. The quality of the work was excellent; the price was competitive and the level of communication was fantastic. The team employed by Carlos Abrego, and who were in our home over the weeks required to complete the work, were excellent. Carlos shared excellent ideas and insights which greatly improved the project. Selecting a contractor felt like a bit of a gamble and we are fortunate to have selected New Line Construction. This project went so well that we hired New Line Construction for additional work to the exterior of our home.

  It’s taken me quite a while to finally get around to writing this review, but I have to say I’ve never been so disappointed in a contractor in my life. After coming to my house last fall to look at and discuss the work that needed to be done (there were several projects), Carlos said before he left he would send me an estimate. I never heard from him again, even after contacting his office twice to leave messages. Here’s the kicker, and why this situation is even worse—I knew Carlos already because, as I found out after the fact, he and his crew were sub-contractors for a company I had hired four years ago to remodel my master bath. When I found out last fall that Carlos had his own company, I was glad to know I could just go to him directly, saving some on overhead. Well, sometimes your trust is misplaced, unfortunately. It's especially disappointing when you thought you knew that person. There is no excuse for treating any customer/potential customer like this, and I couldn’t recommend any company that would behave in this manner.

  Carlos and the workers at New Line are outstanding and do outstanding work. Competitive pricing, high quality workmanship and they do not upsell unless it is structural or absolutely necessary. Carlos provided excellent design ideas for outdoor living home renovations including unique cedar backsplash for outdoor kitchen, custom slate work on concrete rounded steps to refurbish them and new slate walkways off patio to tie it all together. Beautiful work. Highly recommend.

  New Line Construction has completed two projects for us. One small bath and a full kitchen renovation. We have had very positive experiences both time. Carlos and his crews are amazing to work with. New Line will be our go to for all home projects.
