  It was a terrible mistake buying flooring from these guys. Reached out to them with this issue. First they didn't bother responding back for over a month. After following up a few times, I wasn't surprised with the kind of response they sent me. Instead of accepting that they have stocked an inferior quality floor, they put the blame on the installation going as far as stating that floor isn't level just by looking at these pictures. Not recommended at all. Have installed flooring from multiple other stores who performed super well over the years but they're not it. Quite a few thousand dollars wasted.

  The team at Kemper Carpet (Hamed, Craig, Meredith) were great to work with and responsive to our issues after the initial install. It was evident that the second crew were very experienced and took pride in their work and attention to detail. Definitely would recommend Kemper and this team for any flooring needs!

  We had a really great experience with Kemper. I needed new carpet fast after moving into a new home that was previously owned by a family with lots of pets. We got 3 quotes total from other local carpet stores and it was clear we had to go with Kemper. They went above and beyond to be fair, responsive, and meet our needs. I would highly recommend them. Steve was very helpful! And our carpet looks fabulous!

  The crew arrived early in the morning and carefully prepared the work area, covering all of the floors to each room. I checked in several times throughout the day and was genuinely impressed with the quality and pace of their progress. I asked them to align the new installation with the existing wood pattern, and they executed it beautifully. I would recommend this company—and this team in particular—to anyone seeking high-quality workmanship. As an architect with over 40 years of experience and extensive construction oversight, I can confidently say that you can trust this company to deliver excellent results.
