- RWRichard WalkerAug 20, 20251.0Problem #1 - Estimator did not show up to the first appointment or call to cancel. He was several hours late to the second appointment. Problem #2 - I assumed small cracks would be addressed before sealing. Failing to do so likely made the situation worse. It appears that following industry standards is not the standard. Problem #3 - I was assured that my new garage doors would be protected. Unfortunately, I came home to sealant splatter over both doors.
