John provided an estimate for the job within an hour, and the other companies who visited for an estimate never provided one. I called and accepted, and RightNOW was at my home within an hour. They were professional, respectful of my home and me, and cleaned up when they were done. I definitely recommend them, and will use their services again when needed.

I called Johno C and he scheduled the service for the following morning. A very pleasant Katie at the office confirmed the appointment by phone and I was contacted by text the next morning that Johno C was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly assessed what was needed to complete the 3 jobs. He needed a couple parts that were not on his van so he went out and picked them up promptly. For the 3rd job he installed a new toilet that I had previously purchased but the new toilet was defective so he went above and beyond for us and picked up a another new toilet and installed it the next morning while my wife was having her surgery. My wife and I were so impressed that when we arrived home after the surgery the jobs were completed and were perfect! Thank you Johno C and Right Now Plumbing! I highly recommend Right Now Plumbing!
