  I gotta say Plumbing Police service is exceptional. I had them come out to fix two things and one item I thought possibly needed to be looked at, but they identified it before I could tell them. That item needed to be ordered and a new appointment. Both appointments were on time and the service was completed as expected. Two different crews came out for each service and they knew what they were doing for sure. I would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends. Thanks Plumbing Police

  Had a bathtub faucet replaced, the plumbing tech was finished in no time. Price was beyond reasonable. I definitely would recommend this company.

  Plumbing Police are a fantastic company and they care about the customer. I called two companies - the first one talked only about pricing while the Plumbing Police asked about the problem to determine whether it was an emergency or not. When I scheduled with Plumbing Police they came by and identified that I had a cracked sink, not a plumbing problem. The gentleman was super polite, informative, and didn't charge me for the visit. After I later got a granite company scheduled and new sink install set up, Plumbing Police was incredibly helpful and cooperative when the granite company failed to show and pushed the job out of schedule. They adjusted, showed up, fixed not only the hook up but some past plumbing done prior to my purchasing the house. They do the work, they are so helpful and informative, and the work is top notch! Plumbing Police is saved in my phone as THE plumber now. I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend them!

  READ POST: they didn't come out to my place, but I called about what I considered a major leak coming from an upstairs bathroom into my dining room. The gentleman I spoke with told me to 1) not waste my money without 2) following some troubleshooting steps to determine if we actually had a problem. He was honest, professional and incredibly helpful. We followed the steps and it turned out not to be anything major. If we ever do run into issues this is the ONLY place I'm calling. Truly exceptional customer service.
