  Highly recommend hiring Kasper Mechanical for all your HVAC needs! My furnace was showing its age after 25 years and I hired them to do a full replacement to include the AC as it was just as old. From my initial consultation with Brad to the in home appointment with Jake the customer service and professionalism was top notch. They took their time to listen to my needs and tailored a plan that would provide much more comfort throughout the home than before while also reducing energy usage. Ironically my furnace quit entirely while I was waiting for the installation during a very cold stretch in December. Brad and Jake went out of their way during a very busy time for them to move my install date up so we could have heat again! The installation team Cody, Miguel, and Ted were very professional and highly knowledgeable in their trade. They took their time to install everything properly and ensured everything was to my satisfaction before they left. After a couple of weeks with the new furnace we have never been more comfortable in our house, A+ to Kasper Mechanical, customer for life!

  I just bought house and not sure if my vents have ever been cleaned before. Teddy and Mike came over and cleaned them. They did a great job! They even found a vent that had come undone and they reinstalled it for me. I highly recommend Kasper Mechanical. I'll definitely be having them come back whenever I need any HVAC work done.

  Update: Mr. Kasper called and discussed everything with me. He also gave me more information about the unit we chose. I appreciate him taking time out of his busy day to call. I feel much better about our choice and I am happy to support a locally owned company. ———————————————————————————- I chose Kasper based on multiple Facebook recommendations. We initially had an issue with our heat pump, and the technician who came out was friendly and very personable. He suggested we speak with their sales representative to explore options for a replacement—making it clear there was no obligation to purchase and that we could use the information even if we chose another company. He called and let us know someone could come out that same evening if it worked for us. Since we needed heat upstairs, we agreed. Unfortunately, this is where my negative experience began. The sales representative arrived around 7:30 pm, looked at our unit, and then launched into a sales presentation with a lot of information and multiple options. My spouse and I were quiet for a few moments while trying to process everything. At that point, he made a comment along the lines of, “You had me come out here at 8:00 at night, so I know you’re ready to make a decision.” That comment caught me off guard and felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The conversation continued in a way that felt more like “Let’s Make a Deal” than a professional consultation. When I asked about a military discount (which they do not offer), he responded by saying he could “throw in” a nicer thermostat and vent cleaning (which I am thankful for). It left me unsure of what was reasonable to ask for or whether pricing was consistent. I wanted time to think and had already reached out to another company for a second opinion. However, due to the holidays, upcoming guests sleeping upstairs, and the upstairs unit not getting above 60 degrees, my spouse felt pressured by the situation and agreed to move forward. The installation is scheduled, and I sincerely hope the service and workmanship live up to Kasper’s strong reputation—because based on the sales interaction alone, I would not have made the purchase. I found the approach pushy and uncomfortable. While it was late in the evening, the appointment time was offered by the company, not requested by us. I would have appreciated being given the information and encouraged to think it over, rather than being told that because of the late hour, a decision was expected.
