  Technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and recommended paths forward to ensure the unit operates optimally. He recommended additional features to ensure the air being sucked into the house is clean, since the unit is in a crawl space. Thanks to Ted, I know my unit will be running in a healthy manner and will hopefully last for many more years.

  We contacted Kasper Mechanical based on a referral. Matt and Jacob came to our home and assessed our needs. Jacob helped us select our new air conditioner and furnace. Everything went as scheduled. Jacob and the installation team consisting of Miguel, Dillon and Cody did an excellent job. Ted, thoroughly cleaned our ductwork and he also impressed us with his competency and attention to detail. All in all, our dealings with Kasper Mechanical were positive and professional in every aspect. We confidently and thoroughly recommend them.

  We were new to the area and were having problems with our ac in our 3 year old house. When I asked some friends they highly recommended Kasper Mechanical. They did such a great job fixing the bad job the builder had done with the ac duct work installation. Which was blowing the blown insulation all over the attic and into the ducts in the bedrooms! We then bought their maintenance agreement and had them come out and clean the ducts. They did an incredible job and that's when we first met Ted Hupka. We have had 3 different service technicians and they have all been very nice and knowledgeable. They have also been very careful not to track any dirt in and clean up after themselves. Ted just came out today to make the fall check on the furnace and it was like family coming to visit. He checked everything out, gave us some tips on how to keep it all running well and showed us something new to improve the quality of the air. He is a wonderful young man and a great technician. You can tell he loves his job and gets very excited to answer any technical questions.

  We have a maintenance contract that includes semiannual inspections and discounts on other services. Ted Hupka arrived for the fall inspection to make sure our gas furnace was in top notch condition for the heating season. We were very pleased with his level of expertise and the thoroughness of the inspection. He made good suggestions for increasing the life of the unit and improving air quality in our home. He is very knowledgeable and answered all questions to our satisfaction.

  Highly recommend Kasper Mechanical! They were honest and upfront and listened to my needs, taking the time to go through my options and time needed to make the right choice for me. You can tell they take pride in their workmanship! The crew was respectful, polite and very diligent in completing the work with quality workmanship and in the best timely manner. Shout outs to Jake who was a delight and made the financing process easy, Rodney who has 30+ years of HVAC who helped me understand my system and options for the best approach, Cody and Miguel who take pride in their workmanship in installing the new system and who also took time to answer my questions and last but not least, Ted, who also very much cares about his work in getting my ducts cleaned, showing the before and after pictures, and explaining other options for achieving the best air quality, in a friendly manner without being a pushy sales person! I felt comfortable having all the crew working in my home!
