- SCSterling ClementsSep 30, 20251.0I could not recommend this company, I've had my fence for 2 years and it has been wrong from the start. They put the post too close on the double gates so they wont open and close smoothly at all. i told them about it and the guy who came out said there is nothing they can do about it. I've been meaning to write this review and finally getting to it. I would steer clear, they came out and did a very quick job and the work shows. Wish i had a better fence especially after spending over 12k on it.Poor job, Poor workmanship, and wouldn't fix there own mess up.

We've contacted them for months about a loose part on our deck that needs to be fixed, and despite repeated follow-ups, they still haven’t been able to coordinate a time with us to come and resolve the issue. This isn’t the first time we've had problems either. We used them for both our deck and fence. The communication is poor, the follow-up is non-existent, and the lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them based on our experience. Once the job is done, it seems like they disappear when problems arise.
