  This review is well overdue and I apologize it has been delayed. I want to say Access Heating and Air is the most honest and friendliest company you can ask for. We have used the wonderful husband and wife duo Mr. Steve and his wife Mrs. Lisa for years! I am very thankful for them. Mrs. Lisa does all the scheduling and has truly worked miracles for issues in a pinch. Mr. Steve always comes out friendly as always and provides the ground truth on all issues. Over the years Access Heating & Air has installed a new AC Unit, Hot Water Heater and replaced our whole house humidifier.

  Steve and his helper showed up at the time stated completed the install of our new AC unit in just a couple hours. Steve was very polite knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.. I highly recommend access heating and air. They’re a great company and my only call should I have future needs… Thank you Steve!!!

  These are the folks to go to when you have A/C or home heating issues. Our home A/C unit was draining water onto the basement floor late in the evening on September 8. I called their after hours number and articulated as best I could what the issue was. Within just a few minutes I got a call back and had an appointment for the next day. Steve got to our home around noon and quickly determined a condensation drainage issue due to the recent high humidity. He cleaned the PVC drainage pipe from the unit through to the basement floor drain. He also cleaned the floor drain as far as he could and provided recommendations on how to keep it clear as well. Overall extremely satisfied with the fine service Access Heating and Air provided. As well, this is also the company that provides outstanding Spring and Fall systems service and inspections for our A/C & heating systems. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

  We've been with Access for several years now for regular upkeep and just had our first AC emergency on a hot summer day. They sent a technician out within a few hours and got things fixed. We really appreciate Steve and Lisa and would recommend them to everyone!
