  JJ was fantastic from start to finish! He was kind and professional on the phone when letting me know he was close, and just as friendly in person. He got straight to work and had my door fixed quickly . Highly recommend JJ and A1 Door Company for anyone needing door repair!

  Greg from A1 Door Company did a great job installing our new garage door. He was great to work with, arrived on time, and communicated well throughout the installation. His work was fast and efficient. He also showed us how to use some features of our garage door opener we didn’t even know we had! The new garage door is so much quieter and much better insulated.

  Cannon Bonney was the technician that responded initially to our call when our garage door spring broke. A1 responded quickly- they have a 24hr service. I received text and email with the name and picture if the technician. Cannon was dressed professionally and appropriately, was very courteous knowledgeable and professional. We needed a new door and he walked me through the process helping lead care the door and ordering it. He repaired the spring so we could use the door while waiting for our new door. Everything happened on the expected timeframe! Let ve our new door - would highly recommend A1 and Cannon

  Cannan came to our home today to look at our garage door, which stopped remotely working. We were extremely impressed with this young man! Friendly, respectful, personable, patient and extremely knowledgeable in his field, as well as a great communicator! He explained things that neither the builder (new construction 3 yrs ago) nor the installer had ever explained. We are very informed now on the things to do and not do!! We feel so much more equipped to understand our product! Needless to say, he fixed our issue (it was an easy programming fix). But he also lubricated our garage door while here as well as part of the service call. Would definitely call A1 Door again and highly recommend them for garage door repairs! Thank you so much Cannan! It was a pleasure to meet you today!

  Thank you to A1Door Company for the exceptional service we received this week! Our technician, J.J., was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Upon inspecting our garage doors, he diagnosed the issue and provided the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He answered all of our questions with clear explanations of what needed to be done. We highly recommend J.J. and A1 Door Company for quality garage door repair and great customer service!
