  I contracted with Fortress Foundation Solutions to encapsulate the crawl space under my home. Pete Liloia and his team were great! They were very professional, communicated everything they were doing and answered all my many questions and concerns. They left everything very tidy when the job was completed. My crawl space looks amazing. The entire experience form meeting with Troy King, system designer to the installation team was wonderful! I highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions.

  Cope and his team, Jeremy, K’Nell, and Ricky did a great job on my basement waterproofing. The whole process was smooth. The consult with Scott was thorough, informative, and professional. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner They contacted me everyday about questions and progress being made. I loved getting the pictures as the work was being completed. The company was able to take care of several issues I was experiencing which eliminated me having to contact multiple companies. We were able to get the basement waterproofed, a sump pump and dehumidifier put in and some concrete leveled on the sidewalk. 5 stars. Would definitely use them again!

  Good product, and great workers. They showed up to the house at 8am, one guy short of their 4 man work group, and they worked all day long, answered questions and did great work. They worked for 12 hours installing my system and I am very pleased with the end product. - Nathan and Dakota W and Jamal did the installation but Jamal ended up leaving a bit early with a health issue. So ultimately Nathan and Dakota W did the large majority of the work which was even more impressive they were able to complete the task the same day. I can't thank them enough for the hard work and dedication to getting my basement weather proof'd.

  The underside of my house was absolutely gross and some spots had 2"of clearance. Being my first home, I was having a hell of a time figuring out how to get it workable and dry. We called Fortress Foundations as one of our options. The price we were quoted was daunting, but better than the competition. When we were ready, we scheduled an encapsulation with partial drainage and dehumidifying for the bad half of our crawlspace. Dakota W, Anthony, Jamal, and Foreman Nathan Owen came out and solved the issue. Even with awful weather and tons of mud, they were professional, positive, and productive. In just two days, a swamp turned into a clean, dry space for me to work in while we finally address the other issues under our house. Thanks to these guys, what used to be a stressful chore under the house is now barely an inconvenience. I'd be happy to see these guys again for future projects.

  We had Pete, Steve, Tim J and Micky out this week to help us manage the moisture in our crawl space. I can’t speak for the long term waterproofing just yet, but I can speak to the work they did and how they conducted themselves on the job site. They are hard workers and were truly a pleasure to have here over the two days. My neighbor checked in on the progress at the end and said “heck, you don’t need to add on a bedroom, you can just put a cot down here!” (We are currently making plans for a small addition). So, I think that about sums up the end result! We are very happy to have the space finished and know it will be better for our home in the long run. Last night was the first night with the dehumidifier down there and it’s right under our bedroom/bed. I was concerned that it would be loud and we’d hear it running. Not a problem at all, didn’t hear a thing. Today we’re getting rain so will be a good test of the system. Before and after pictures below. Thanks guys!!
