  AMAZING service from Samer Took his time and was so accurate. Stayed so focused and explained everything to me perfectly. Showed me how to work the water and the way the old was outshining the new and how. I was very impressed with his service and the way he handled it. NOONE BUT SAMER FROM MICHAEL & SONS for My Patients! I love you guys thank you so much! Now they never have to worry about hot water again!

  Ian was amazing! Not only extremely knowledgeable on our AC/heating system, but also a really nice person. We received notice via text that he was on his way and just like the text said he was right on time. He was polite and very personable. Could not ask for more in service company. Promote this guy! He presents a great face for the company and if someone we’d like to do business with again.

  I had to call Michael and Son for an emergency electrical issue. It was my first time working with this company. The communication was great. I received text messages and tracking capability and a phone call prior to arrival. My assigned Electrician was Luis Hernandez-Pinto and his assistant, Josh. Luis was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I asked a lot of questions and he explained things thoroughly and made sure I understood everything that I was signing and the work that was performed. It turned out to be a minor issue that was thankfully quickly repaired. Luis even took the time to discuss with me the Maintenance plans to ensure that I prevent minor or major issues like the one I had from occurring in the future. So I purchased a plan off his recommendation. This was my first time having an electricial problem in my home and I am definitely glad that I called Michael and Son to complete my repair. Luis and Josh were great and I will continue to patronize this business.

  Today was the first time we'd used the services of Michael & Sons. David came out to help us find and replace the transformer on our doorbell. He was so patient and professional spending, what felt like, a ton of time searching for it. He successfully found it (it was not an easy thing to find in our house) and he replaced it for us to get our doorbell working. We definitely recommend calling them for electrical services! Absolutely fantastic!

  It was $800 to have the valve and flap inside the 2 toilets repair. They are over priced. And the guy didn’t even repair them correctly. I called to notify the company and to have someone else come out to repair them correctly and they try to charge me for it. Then they finally say we won’t charge and reschedule for Saturday. Just to have someone call can cancel that appointment to have to reschedule again. Maybe if the technician was too busy trying to sell me other stuff that I did NOT need he could’ve focused and fixed something correctly.
