He was so patient and professional spending, what felt like, a ton of time searching for it. He successfully found it (it was not an easy thing to find in our house) and he replaced it for us to get our doorbell working. We definitely recommend calling them for electrical services! Absolutely fantastic!

I called to notify the company and to have someone else come out to repair them correctly and they try to charge me for it. Then they finally say we won’t charge and reschedule for Saturday. Just to have someone call can cancel that appointment to have to reschedule again. Maybe if the technician was too busy trying to sell me other stuff that I did NOT need he could’ve focused and fixed something correctly.

Duy also explained how water heater & HVAC work hand in hand which was informative, Thanks! To Duy and Kwame for getting my HVAC/heater running into 2026 and for doing this on New Year eve and New Year’s Days. You guys save the day!.
- MWMichelle WDec 27, 20251.0Scarlett was very courteous. My complaint is with the estimate. I requested a drain pan installed and a hole cut in it for the drain pipe located in the floor. They quoted $450 for the service! I feel that is excessive for the amount of work required. Again it’s put down the drain pan, cut a hole in the drain pan for the pipe, and rehook up the washing machine. I would not recommend them! Thankfully they waved the service call fee.
