He took the time to educate me about different carpet and padding options. He gave me approximate estimate based on my floor plan and came to measure in-person within hours. He even pointed out other issues in the floor that they might be able to adjust to make sure the carpet was laid evenly. Carpetland's quote was incredibly reasonable, especially compared to a much higher quote I'd received from a competitor; and they installed the carpet the very next day! I was very pleased with the outcome and am enjoying my new carpet.
