  We had a great experience with Flooring America Fairfax, especially given how urgent our situation was. Due to HOA requirements, we needed to get carpet installed within just a few days. We reached out to around 10 different companies (including Home Depot), and most couldn’t even come out for an estimate right away. Flooring America was the one that responded quickly and made time to come out the same day. Kenny, Gabe, along with a trainee, came to our home and took the time to carefully assess everything. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find a solution. Since timing was critical, Kenny helped us select from in-stock options so we could move forward without delays, and the quality was still excellent. Throughout the process, Kenny was very responsive via text and phone, and consistently reassured us that he was doing everything he could to get us scheduled as soon as possible. We were dealing with a lot of stress from our move, so his communication and effort made a big difference. On the day of installation, the installers worked efficiently and completed about 1,000 sqft in around 7 hours. Despite the weather (it started raining in the afternoon), they were able to adjust and finish everything the same day, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very grateful for the effort, flexibility, and dedication shown by Kenny and the team. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a team that truly tries to make things work, especially under tight timelines.

  Kenny and his team did an excellent job installing hardwood floors in our kitchen. He helped us match the new flooring perfectly with our existing floors, which made a huge difference. The workmanship was high quality, and the whole process felt professional and smooth. We’re very happy with the results and plan to use Flooring America Fairfax again for our upstairs.

  Flooring America Fairfax was a 5 star experience from first conversation with Randy and Steve through measurements, ordering, and installation. All promises were kept. The result is two floors of beautiful new carpeting that feels great on our feet!

  ZERO RETURN POLICY: Don’t expect to be able to return any unused/unboxed material. Don’t trust their measurements, they will over order then tell you that you can return the excess to there Lorton warehouse but not tell you where the warehouse is located. Very deceptive practices!!
