  Haven't done any bussing with this place... There is no email for me to reach out and exposed an employee that show road rage today. As I left route 66 and was on a left lane of route 50 I notice this woman on my right in the middle line and as we approached a red light she was rude and gesturing upset at me, I asked her to explained what her problem was ..she claimed that I cut her off , it doesn't make sense...How do you cut someone from the far left lane specially if she was turning right??? She called me names and flipped me off, when I read the company logo out loud and proceeded to take a picture she change her tune and called me sir.... As if that would erase her behavior If I had a business I wouldn't want this type of people representing me on the street.

  We had to replace an area rug that was 13.75 x 25 feet long. Kemper Carpet had the largest display of Stanton carpets for us to browse through and we were able to take home several samples to look at in our living room. We made a choice and the price was right, Kemper handled getting a border added to our carpet as well to get the right size. They communicated really well about the timing and the delivery was great. We LOVE our carpet, it is so soft.

  I have used professional services of Kemper Carpet and Flooring on a number of my house floor projects over the last 10+ years. Dealing with their staff at any level (from the company owner, to their sales staff, to hardwood floor installers) is easy - they are honest, highly professional in interacting with customer, clear on estimates, and deliver high quality service always on schedule. And their costs are reasonable. Could one ask for more?

  Kemper Carpet just installed new carpets in our house all over the second floor consisting of 4 bedrooms a hallway and to the steps leading from 1st floor to second floor. We could'nt be happier. It was a delight dealing with the company all the way from Mr, Hamed's first visit to give us an estimate, all the way through laying of the carpet, placing the furniture back from where they were moved to cleaning up after the work. This is the 3rd time we used Kemper Carpet for big jobs, and will do it again if we ever need more carpet work done.

  Three years ago, Tammy was a huge help in selecting flooring and carpeting for my basement three years ago. The installation went smoothly. The result is beautiful. Naturally, I came back to Tammy and Kemper Carpet recently when I needed new, large area rugs in my living and dining rooms. Tammy helped us select gorgeous rugs that look well together. She also gave us the benefit of her expertise regarding the durability of different choices. The rugs were installed three days ago. Once again, the installation went smoothly, and the result is beautiful. Go, Kemper Carpet!
