The crew arrived on time and took great care to protect our property by covering shrubs and outdoor furniture before starting the job. They removed the old roofing and completed the installation of the new roofing system in one day, then returned on a separate day to install the gutters and trim. Daniel followed up by walking us through the work and sharing photos that documented each step, which gave us a clear understanding of what was done. We’re very happy with the outcome and have actually been looking forward to the next rainy day with excitement just to see how the new roof and gutters perform!

Everything was leaking onto our hardwood floors making them buckle. HGE immediately diagnosed the problems correctly and was able to provide a service to remedy them. They were by far the best estimate that we received and everyone we have met so far has been so nice and personable. Last night, Drew called to confirm that they would be there in the morning which I found to be very helpful as he said he would personally be there to start the project. The team arrived on time and proceeded to give us a new door that vastly improved our view of the mountains and will stop the leaking on our now new hardwood floors. Drew was there to do our walkthrough at the end and again I was impressed with his engagement, high energy, and willingness to go the extra mile for anything we needed. I was able to tell him my concerns about the upcoming parts of the project. He was able to answer all my questions. All in all we couldn't be more pleased with HGE as a company and Josh and Drew as its representatives. They are quite impressive.
