  I have always had great experiences at Flooring America in Fairfax. Kenny Maggi is very helpful and informative when selecting the style and type of stair runner we needed in our home. I recommend anyone to ask for him as he is honest, straightforward and will find the right fit for your needs, style and budget!

  I cannot say enough great things about FLOORING AMERICA in Virginia. Gabe (who is WONDERFUL) assisted me from my first call, to the end of my installation. He suggested a particular carpeting - Karastan - and a particular pad - and said I would not be sorry. Well I LOVE the carpet, and Gabe was not only spot on, but most professional and with NO pressure! Our installation crew was phenomenal. They worked tirelessly for two full days (the first day was into the night!) to install new carpet in our entire home. There were a few large pieces of furniture that the measurer Sam (who was also great) told us we did not need to remove any drawers from. We couldn't believe them and removed some drawers anyway - only to watch the installers slide them into another room with what seemed like rapid speed. I was so worried that I'd have to work hard to help move - the installers took any of that concern away immediately. They did EVERYTHING! The installers were prompt (arrived early!) professional, kind, considerate and upbeat. I am very happy with our purchase. I told Gabe that I would be delighted to work with him and the others at Flooring America on future projects we have in mind. We are also told we'd get a discount on future additional projects! They also do decks, and kitchen remodels - among other things!

  Yamah from Carpet America did a large carpet project for my church. He made appointments and kept them and offered us the best deal possible. He and his crew were very efficient and did a high quality installation. They were all very polite and respectful of our time and property. Yamah did a first class job! I would highly recommend him.

  Flooring America of Fairfax provided excellent service, product, and installation. My experience was flawless from the beginning. We worked with Warren who provided various products to choose from, with competitive pricing we could not turn down. Warren walked us through the entire process while ensuring accurate room measurements so we did not purchase more material than needed. The installation team removed carpet, prepped floors, and installed new Luxury Vinyl for 3 rooms in less than 8 hrs! The installation crew (Alvaro - Main Guy) was very professional and minimized mess and noise while I worked from home :) - Bonus! Thank you to the entire team but a special shout out to Warren!

  I was really pleased with Flooring America Fairfax from start to finish. I worked with Warren, and he so kind and helpful throughout the process. I was also surprised by how fast they were able to install from the initial consultation. After the job was complete, I noted to Warren that I thought there was a small gap in the flooring in one doorway that I'd like fixed -- he confirmed it was there and told me he'd send a crew out at my convenience to address it, as the flooring comes with a lifetime warranty. I'd highly recommend this company.
