  This is our second time working with Flooring America and Yamah. We got our carpets done with Yamah in Feb of 2025 and our experience was nothing short of amazing. So this year, when we decided to change the basement from carpets to laminate flooring, the first person we turned to was Yamah. We were really impressed with Yamah's knowledge about everything and he patiently walked us through the various options as well as ones that would be a best fit. Additionally, Yamah was able to provide us clear line by line pricing for each option we had selected so we knew the exact cost before heard. The overall installation process was very smooth and the whole thing was done pretty quickly and cleanly. I would highly highly recommend this store for your carport and flooring needs and if you are these, please ask for Yamah :)

  Yamah, my salesperson, was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He not only answered my questions, but proactively educated me on why it was best in my situation to use a certain commercial flooring over the residential one I had originally chosen . It was not more expensive; he was not trying to up-sell me. It worked better on my uneven/cracked concrete slab. He brought new samples for me to choose from so I did not have to return to the store to look. The installation crew worked hard and kept disruption as minimal as possible. I am very pleased with the new floor, as are my children who grew up in this house.

  We have had an excellent experience working with Kenny Maggi here at the flooring America store. I called originally looking for a specific style of lvt flooring for a laundry room project we had going on. At several other flooring stores and Home Depot/Lowes we were underwhelmed by the selection of dark, stone look lvt flooring. Kenny quickly suggested we check out Kardean products which he had access to and they were just what we were looking for. He helped me easily place the order and track it until it was delivered to their warehouse. I would highly recommend flooring America and working with Kenny for any flooring needs.

  Our experience with Flooring America in Fairfax, VA in November 2026 were exceptionally excellent from the first time meeting Gabe Farmer, and Kenny. They were so helpful to my husband and me in making decisions to select the right type of tiles and color for the renovation of our guest bathroom. We especially appreciated their professional knowledge. Above all, Gabe and Kenny made us feel so much at ease with no pressure to us to finalize our our order. In our future projects, we will definitely come back to Flooring America in Fairfax to work with Gabe and Kenny again.
