These folks are the best! Our well pump quit partway through a shower on Tuesday morning. Shane answered his mobile right away, Kristen called from the office to set up a visit, and Steve showed up right around noon! He quickly diagnosed and replaced our downhole pump and pressure tank. Water was back on by mid-afternoon. Steve was knowledgeable, courteous, and sociable. He explained what he was doing at every step. This is a class operation from start to finish!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! My 20+ year old well pump died this morning and Foster came to the rescue for me on a Saturday! Steve was amazing! He got me up and running in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price, and went above and beyond to update the whole system. Tremendous customer service! I highly recommend Foster!! Thank you!!!

When I called them, I felt they were genuinely concerned that I was without water. I spoke with Shane and he was very helpful. He gave me an estimate and moved a job around to help me get water back in my home as fast as possible. They were at my house the very next day, they converted my jet pump to a submersible, extended my well casing to above ground and found my well. Did I mention they did all this in less than 4 hours. The crew and company were very respectful and didn’t tear my yard up, even though it was a sloppy mess. Highly recommended

The team at Foster Well & Pump is truly top notch—very responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. Two years ago when our new house was completed, Jason installed our whole-house filtration system, and he was wonderful. I am the kind of customer that asks a lot of questions, and Jason was very patient in explaining everything, and giving me tips and pointers. More recently, we had an issue with the electric cable running from our well pump to the pressure tank in the house (which was installed by a different company—I won’t name them, but they’re a competitor of Foster Well & Pump). Long story short, I ended up having technicians from both companies come out to diagnose. The original installer downplayed the issue and recommended a bandaid solution, but conveniently failed to mention key details about the issue, including the fact that their “fix” created a significant safety risk (and would not be up to code)… Thankfully, Noel and Arturo were able to diagnose the full extent of the issue and Shane, the owner of Foster W&P was kind enough to come out personally and check things out. By putting his meter on the wires he showed me exactly what the problem was and why the other company’s solution would be ineffective (and dangerous). While there will still be some expense to fix the problem, now I can at least move forward confidently, knowing it will be the right solution. Thankful for the folks at Foster, and glad I have an expert I can trust.
