Shane answered his mobile right away, Kristen called from the office to set up a visit, and Steve showed up right around noon! He quickly diagnosed and replaced our downhole pump and pressure tank. Water was back on by mid-afternoon. Steve was knowledgeable, courteous, and sociable. He explained what he was doing at every step. This is a class operation from start to finish!
