  We had a plumbing issue that started outside at the pump and we called Roto-Rooter to help us with this and they sent a worker promptly and after 2 days our problem was solved thanks to the technician however we were not aware that the financing was going through Synchrony Bank. We had been a week without water and were just glad to have water finally and the technician did not explain what the credit option required and that was to sign up for a credit card with that bank. If we had known this and if the technician had been informed on how the financing works, we would have not chosen this option. We had to finance the work because the amount was several thousand dollars and our mother who owns the house was in the hospital so we had to do what we had to do to get the water turned back on and running. I am writing this review late because this happened last year late summer. I am just wanting the company to realize they need to educate their workers with the information to be able to explain the financing options to the customers when they're paying for the services. We have had a real headache with Synchrony Bank and the financing ever since the work was completed. We've never had this problem before when we financed with other companies, but this is a lazy way to do business by having a bank handle the financing. Roto Rooter, is offering this financing option and they are not aware of the issues the customers have and the issues that transpire with this financing option. The technician was on time and thorough with his work and we are very pleased with the work that he did but we were not pleased with our financing option and we think that there could be better ways to do business besides using a mediocre bank that has high fees and high interest charges on their credit card. Hopefully communication with the workers and the finance options will be explained in the future so that other customers will not have to experience dealing with Syncrony bank and their credit card option. Because we have a credit card with Bank of America and we didn't need another one especially with that bank.
