- SCStephen ClarkeOct 6, 20251.0had a pipe underground that needed fixed so I got a few estimates but roto rooter was I thought the most reputable of the bunch so I went with them. they said they would need to bust into the concrete on the side of my crawlspace to get the pipes through but then promised me there would not be a gaping hole on the side of my house because they fill it in with some kind of cement. I was also promised they would lay down hay on my grass. they left the next day i see water pouring out the side of my home and noticed that one of the other pipes attached to that line was laying on the floor. and then I noticed they didn't even fill in the gaping holes in my crawlspace wall they also did not lay down any hay. guy came back out and acted like the gaping holes were already there and the pipe that fell off was already not connected and "he would get in trouble" if he fixed it. they even left the old pipes thrown all over my yard. not happy at all with the level of professionalism here. won't be using u guys again.

I called many times through out the night, 10pm, 240am, 330am, 730am and each time I was told management would call me back. And one time at 10pm I was told that the technician was in town and I would be next on the list!. No one has called me and no one has shown up! No water and sewage backed up in the house for over 15 hrs and can't even get an answer as to who or when they can help. Do no recommend at all!
