  From start to finish our DRB crew (Dylan, Cole & Sarah) made the process easy. We had a unique situation and Sarah worked with us to find our perfect home scenario. Any questions or issues were always handled in a timely manner. We loved getting the weekly updates and pictures of our home!

  Love at first sight! After a long day of visiting various builder models, our last stop for the day was at the DRB Homes Northridge Estates site. The model - Albemarle - the object of our love at first site! The kitchen hooked us, the unique floor plan kept our attention, and Sarah our salesperson sealed the deal. The technical wonder of the DRB website and the Virtual Tour kept us engrossed in the models, floor plans, and options. As we proceeded through the home buying process, we discovered the DRB staff’s willingness to go beyond the expected to help us. It started with Sarah, continued with Didem at the Design studio, and continues with Dylan and Cole at the site. We look forward to the Weekly construction update emails and seeing the progress of our home. We cannot wait to move in around the end of the year! If you are in the market for a new home or townhome, do yourself a favor and visit a DRB site near you. 5 Stars all around!

  Purchasing our new DRB home was a very positive experience overall. Unlike many buyers who start from the ground up with lot selection, design choices, and the full build process, we purchased a spec home and therefore did not go through the full custom experience. That said, we couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the process went. Timing was critical for us since we needed to sell our previous home quickly to align with the delivery deadline of the new one. Thankfully, our realtor and our DRB sales representative, Sarah, worked very closely with us throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and Sarah was truly outstanding in every aspect. She was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had the information and support we needed. If she didn’t know an answer, she made sure to find out quickly. We can’t say enough positive things about her—she made the experience much less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. DRB as a builder is very structured and operates with clear guidelines, which is important to understand going in—this is not a custom builder, so flexibility is limited. That said, DRB did work with us as we approached closing, and we appreciated that cooperation. The home itself is solid, and while we are still adjusting (as with any new build, there are always things you discover along the way), we are very happy with the construction quality and with the community setting, which was exactly what we were looking for. Our advice for future buyers: cover everything in detail, understand your final agreement and deliverables, and ask questions to confirm your understanding. Overall, we are very satisfied with our home, the DRB process, and especially Sarah’s exceptional customer service
