They have both been very responsive, have made us feel heard, and have been very patient with our MANY questions. No question ever felt too small or insignificant, even though I am certain many of our questions were. They were both very transparent with us from the start, and never once did my husband or I feel pressured into buying anything. The professionalism and kindness of the team made what could've been been a stressful process actually enjoyable. Mike has also gone above and beyond by sending us updates frequently on the progress and status of our new build. We have also recently connected with Ali who I believe is one of the project managers. During our pre-drywall meeting, Ali was incredibly thorough, explaining details room by room. We're so grateful for this team and for how everything in our home is coming to fruition and can't recommend SM enough!
