- DGDee GillisApr 2, 20265.0Incredible HVAC is AWESOME!! My entire HVAC system had to be replaced. My initial contact with the office staff (Vanessa and Lisa) was very pleasant and helpful. The team that came out to do the assessment and installation was so on point! My assessor was Everette Lipford. The entire team was very professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Everette answered all my questions with ease and told me exactly what to expect on installation. On March 30th, the installation team arrived at 9:30 AM as promised. The team included: Malcolm, Andrew, Ramsy, and Nicholas. These guys, before getting started, explained to me exactly what they would be doing on day one and day two. They were all so knowledgeable in the areas that they worked in. What I noticed was that when either one of them had to converse with another one, they all listened. This was a very challenging endeavor, and they handled it with such professionalism. The guys always asked if I had any questions and readily answered them. Day one they installed the indoor unit and removed all existing duct work and replaced with new. On day two, the outside unit and new thermostat was installed. Finally, the system was ready to be tested. Everything was tested and checked. . . It's a GO!!!! All areas were left clean. Thank you Incredible HVAC for a job done with excellence!! I have already and will continue to recommend you to friends and family!
