- JFJason Floridia6 days ago1.0Booked appointment they called about an hr prior to the appointment time to inform me that no one was coming out for troubleshooting or repair because I did not buy the system from them. I informed them at time of booking the model of the unit and as many details as possible. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company save some frustration and seek an actual professional.

They installed the system for the previous owner 2 years before I purchased the home, so I thought it a good idea to keep the service with them. I have never been disappointed in that decision. I have a service plan and they remind me to schedule my maintenance on a regular basis. The techs are always, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The business office staff is always helpful and easy to work with. Having a company maintenance your system on a regular basis extends the life of your system. I'm a Realtor so I know what a neglected system looks like and the cost to repair or replace it. Do yourself a favor and call Incredible for that maintenance agreement. I have referred them to friends, family members and clients. They will always have my business.
