Could be a liability issue for you guys to rent equipment with warning labels and instructions not visible.

Even though I rented my equipment at the Roanoke location Amber at the Christiansburg location went way above and beyond for me to assist in making sure I had the correct attachment to remove the tile and the correct inserts for the floor grinder to remove the leftover thin set that was being a major pain! Amber’s costumer service and knowledge with equipment is unmatched to say the least and I hope someone that matters sees this!! Thank you United! Thank you Amber!!!
