  Fiona, the general manager, was absolutely amazing! Working with Lumber Liquidators in Christiansburg, VA, was, by far, one of the best customer experiences I have had. I live in Washington, D.C., and needed to add an extension to my flooring, but the product we used earlier had been discontinued. Consequently, very few stores in the country had remaining inventory. So, I was referred to Fiona’s store. I called the store late in the afternoon Just before 6 PM). Fiona answered the call, and the rest is history. She located the product electronically in the warehouse, then walked to verify its physical presence, coordinated the delivery to the Maryland office (Washington, DC, is an 8-hour round-trip), and prepared the necessary paperwork. The following morning, I received an email from her with the invoice and related information, and the whole transaction was completed by midday! Thank you! As a customer, you delighted me!!

  LL Flooring is lucky to have Todd. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and truly knows everything you need to know about flooring. We visited the store three times before finally deciding on our hardwood, and every visit felt like a learning experience. Todd clearly explained the differences among stocked floors, recommended the right tools and cleats, and shared many helpful tips on underlayment and installation. He even provided advice over the phone during our project. Thanks to Todd’s professional guidance, our DIY living room flooring project turned out fantastic. We removed the carpet and installed the floor ourselves, and his advice really built our confidence. If you’re hesitant or need expert advice, he’s the person to talk to. If I were the manager, I’d give him a raise! Mariah also did a great job with customer service, especially impressive since she’s new. As for our Gunstock Oak flooring, we had planks with defects, which is normal, and Todd and Fiona made the exchange process very easy. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend this store, especially Todd.

  Fiona was frantic to work with this morning. I came in a few minutes before opening but she was more than willing to help me order the last bit of flooring I needed to complete our project! Her and another young lady loaded the flooring in my car with ease. My husband picked up the remaining flooring later that evening and Todd provided excellent customer service. All 3 employees were wonderful and extremely helpful. Thank you for the great experience! We will be back when we build our forever home in a few years.
