I came in a few minutes before opening but she was more than willing to help me order the last bit of flooring I needed to complete our project! Her and another young lady loaded the flooring in my car with ease. My husband picked up the remaining flooring later that evening and Todd provided excellent customer service. All 3 employees were wonderful and extremely helpful. Thank you for the great experience! We will be back when we build our forever home in a few years.

- MBMike BorlandSep 25, 20252.0I needed to purchase some unfinished oak flooring for a master bedroom to match the rest of my house. I was planning on getting the top grade lumber, but the sales associate talked me down to the lowest grade saying that it had better "color gradation." I looked at my existing floors and saw a lot of red and some browns within the oak so agreed. When the wood came, it was total trash. It's basically their junk pile. Some wood had writing on it. Some had holes. Some had the bottom half corroded away. Much of it had what looked to be mold in it which I was told was "mineral deposits" and fell under "color gradation". It was incredibly "rustic" and should never have been sold to me. All their disclaimers and paperwork covered them and I'm sure I agreed to it in fine print, but I was very disappointed. Their sales associate did a terrible job of assessing my needs and making a good recommendation.
