  Over a year ago this company replaced our driveway. They left their machinery on the driveway overnight which caused an indentation. I sent photos of water standing on the driveway. I called. They said they'd do it again. Then they said it wasn't bad enough to redo. They never sealed, even after numerous calls. Eventually, they stopped answering. Today, one of their workers came to the door and asked if we'd like our driveway sealed. Unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable.

  Where do I begin! Too bad I can’t give a ZERO star review! We had them add to our driveway and pave both sides. At first this company was very responsive and respectful but once the work was done within 3 months there was grass growing through my driveway and lil rocks of pavement everywhere! They came out fixed a few spots where the pavement had just crumbled. And then said they would fix the grass issues on 2 different occasions they never showed back up and when when we called them again for grass issues and to seal it, they said the whole driveway would have to be re-paved and they would not fix it. After this we tried to call several times and get some sort of resolution but they totally ignored our phone calls and messages. Don’t let this company fool you they do not stand behind their work and their work is very, very poor.

  I was not going to do a review of Jenelle’s paving, however, they had the audacity to return to my home today and recommend their services for my driveway. We initially had work done by this company in February 2018. They were initially very friendly and prided themselves on being a local business. We paid for them to add an addition on to our driveway and to seal the pre-existing driveway. They completed the addition very quickly, which was fantastic! However, they never followed up to seal our driveway. I called several times and could never get ahold of the owner. It wasn’t until I reported the business to the BBB that I actually got a response from the owner. He told me that he was sorry and that they were very busy, and admitted that they kept forgetting to put us on their schedule. He came to our house and sprayed down the initial coat of sealant and said he would return to do a second coat. Well, they never came back to do the second coat. I called numerous times and could not get ahold of them for the second coat. This was absolutely unacceptable and I will never do business through them, nor will I recommend their services to anyone I know.

  I hired them to adjust the grade of my driveway to make the end level with the road. The original paving job they were on time and got the work done. It looks fine though I'll update after a few months to make sure it holds up. They were supposed to return to seal the rest of the driveway to match however they haven't shown up any of the times I was expecting them. Rescheduled now several times, spoke to them yesterday evening and they assured me they'd be here at 8am and do it first thing in the morning. I've been waiting over an hour and they have not arrived. Did not answer the phone at either number when I called.
