  We had a great experience with Chris at Zook. He was extremely friendly, honest & knowledgeable. I called beforehand to get upfront pricing for spring replacement and what I was charged was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. No games or up charging, which I greatly appreciate. I was hesitant on which company to go with after reading a lot of negative reviews online for other companies. It seems most of the other companies give you a price over the phone then charge you way more in person after the work is done. I’m happy to say that this company was very transparent and honest. I highly recommend them.

  I just have my broken garage door spring replaced. Very happy with the service. Look no further, just give Zook a call. Service is fast and good. The price is very reasonable.

  When I called Zook they came right out and and showed me all my options and prices. After deciding what we wanted they came out the next day to install our new door. It only took a couple hours and after they finished they took the time to go over everything with me. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your garage door.

  The cable on my garage door snapped at 10:30am, Dennis was at my house by 1:30pm, and the door was fixed before 2:30pm. I cannot recommend/thank Zook enough for a quick job, well done!

  Dennis is the man! Arrived on time came out the same day I called! Had all the parts in his truck (torsion spring) and repaired my door right there on the spot at a very reasonable cost! Thanks Zook
