I scheduled the appointment online just three days in advance (on Saturday for a Tuesday job), and their communication was excellent from start to finish. I received a confirmation text with the time window (1–2 p.m.), a reminder the day before, and another message the day of letting me know they were on the way. They arrived right at 1:00 p.m. and had the entire trampoline taken down and hauled away in about an hour. Very efficient, upfront and fair pricing, professional, and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again for a garage and shed cleanout soon, and highly recommend their services.
