  Scott was exceptional in diagnosing our plumbing problems, explaining what was needed, answering all our questions, providing various options for repairs, while being respectful. He used an auger to check our vent for obstruction, as well as going the full length of our pipe to the city connection! All this was done, with a smile & a good sense of humor, in 90 degree weather! We are extremely pleased for this five star treatment!

  We just had a HVAC check up scheduled ahead of summer. Wade came out and I explained to him all the problems we have had since we had the new unit installed (by another company) a few years ago. He did our check up and actually took the time to check out everything, do some research, and find what the problem is. No one else has done that. Definitely see us continuing to use this company. We finally have some answers!

  This was an inspection and maintenance of a tankless water heater. From the start of scheduling to the tech that came out the experience was excellent. Will say the maintenance was a fair bit cost wise, however you get what you pay for, and with this company so far, it was well worth the cost. The technician that came out kept a good dialog with me and answered all the questions I had. I have noticed an increase in function for the water heater compared to pre maintenance. Not only would I recommend them, I have a service appointment with them for my HVAC system.

  Today, Jakob performed an electrical inspection of my home. After calling to say he was en route, he soon arrived, greeted me pleasantly, prepared to enter the house by donning shoe covers, explained what he was going to do, and proceeded to conduct the inspection. He was very thorough and took the time to explain why his recommendations were advisable. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions clearly. Jakob represented Michael and Son in a professional, personable manner. He is certainly an asset to the company.

  A homeowners worse fear, a leaking pipe pouring water all over your home. And to complicate the problem you live in a high rise building where piping is shared above below and next to you. David from Michael and son showed up when other plumbers wouldn’t. He went right to work after hours and methodically narrowed down the problem to the main drain pipe servicing 16 floors. At this point David needed to call in the troops from Michael & Son to Get to the location of the clog. It was a major operation but David kept his cool and stayed focused on finding and clearing that clog. I am happy to say all is well thanks to the determination of this dedicated employee of Michael and Son. Thank you David. All is well!
