  Jared is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He instills confidence and trust. Even though the work I needed was much more extensive than I had expected, I never felt that he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. He made sure I understood everything. He did an excellent job. I hope that when I need more work done, he is the one you send. He is a great representative for your company. He makes you guys look good.

  4:30pm my husband looks out the window and we have a river flowing through our yard. Called Get Lit for the repair. James was here in under 2 hours, and had the leak isolated in 15 minutes and told us he could fix it tonight! He finished the repair quickly and we have water once again! James was pleasant and professional despite getting called out after what I can only guess was a full day of work. Thank you James!

  Jared was awesome! He fixed a cut to my dishwasher and got it installed right and he looked over my concerns, took his time to explain what needed immediate attention, what could wait but still needed done. This is a 10 star review, but they only let me rate up to 5 stars! If you need plumbers or electrician, CALL THIS COMPANY! Ok, update…. Dishwasher still does not work. I’m puzzled and hope the company help me solve this puzzle bc I spent $433 to have it installed. Hmmm…

  Get Lit Electrical and Plumbing is a very professional company. We appreciated the emails and text messages providing the times, names, and pictures of the technician we should expect. In addition, the invoice was clear and listed the services with the pricing. Our plumber, Christian A., was very friendly and personable. He provided us with a clear understanding of the solutions to resolve our plumbing issues. Then he allowed us to make the choice. We appreciated his workmanship and diligence. He was meticulous and made sure he cleaned his area, always entering the home with protective shoe booties. This showed his respect for us and our home. The plumbing work he completed works very well and enhances the aesthetics of our kitchen and bathroom. We would highly recommend his services to others and plan to request him for our future plumbing projects.
