Today my boyfriend wanted to go to home depot and I said "no there's a great local, family owned store we need to go to." Although they had carpet there and it was hours before the posted closing time we were told it was "too late in the day" to help us. Disappointed is an understatement. Guess we will just go to a big box store instead! I only gave 2 stars instead of one because the service years ago was so good.

Called to ask why and the “flooring experts” say they didn’t know why. Didn’t seem to concerned either. After making the sale and after installation nobody followed up to see how things went, to see if I was pleased or anything! Would definitely not recommend them.

So I hired someone else two days ago and the $1950 job is already done. Don't wast your time on a company that does not have the decency to return messages generated via potential customers through their own website contact form.
