  We had a great experience with Chris at Zook. He was extremely friendly, honest & knowledgeable. I called beforehand to get upfront pricing for spring replacement and what I was charged was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. No games or up charging, which I greatly appreciate. I was hesitant on which company to go with after reading a lot of negative reviews online for other companies. It seems most of the other companies give you a price over the phone then charge you way more in person after the work is done. I’m happy to say that this company was very transparent and honest. I highly recommend them.

  I just have my broken garage door spring replaced. Very happy with the service. Look no further, just give Zook a call. Service is fast and good. The price is very reasonable.

  Dennis came today for estimate and right then and there he fix my garage door right away. I highly recommend this company if you have a garage door problem. He is honest. Reasonable charge! I don’t normally give 5stars to reviews and give them room for improvement but this guys is amazing. Thank you again Dennis!

  I can't say enough about the companies customer service! They are quick, efficient, and show up right when they are needed. I have had 2 instances when my very large bay garage door would not open at the office, of course later in the evening, and they came right out the very next morning and got the job done. There rates are fair, I would not recommend anyone else for this service. Great job and thank you so much!

  They are professional, do quality work and are very reasonably priced. They repaired and adjusted my 20 year old garage door and now it runs smoother than any garage door I've ever seen, new or used. I'm very happy with their work.
