They returned 2 weeks later, but with the wrong part, saying the correct part would be "overnighted." That was 2 weeks ago with no return or update. Completely incompetent!
- AKArica KelleyMar 5, 20241.0They service The Morgan apartments in Chesapeake VA. The elevator in one of the buildings in particular has been broken at least once a month for the last four months. They come out “fix” it and it’s broken the following day or the following week. I even got stuck in the elevator the day after they came out and “fixed” it after it was broken for over a week. They were out last week to “fix” it and guess what elevator is broken AGAIN. Either the technicians don’t know what they are doing or they are just coming and putting a band aid on it to continue to get overtime for coming after hours to fix this damn elevator. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be addressed and FIXED the correct way.
