  My ac decided to quit in my home all of the sudden. Brian was exceptional with working with me to figure out an immediate plan of action. They were able to squeeze me in on such short notice. The dedication this company has showed me is unmatched. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Also, a big shout out to the rest of the crew Steven and Jayden. They were very respectable to my home and made sure everything was running correctly before they left. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!

  FYI, I'm a retired architect and have been around construction for over 50 years. Southside Energy replaced our old heat pump equipment and added a few additional branch ducts and diffusers. The crew did it all in one day. They were professional, courteous, kept me abreast of their progress and asked for my input about new diffuser locations. Replacing an existing unit in an attic with a low slope hip roof isn't any joy. But I never heard one complaint and nothing but great coordination within the crew. I'm very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

  This company is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!! I have been struggling with AC companies since MARCH! Rocky came out and did a thorough assessment of my units, and did not leave until he found the problem. Replaced the part and my AC hasn’t worked this good ALL summer! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and even took the time to walk me through the issues and his findings and broke it down in a way a non HVAC consumer could comprehend! I will defiantly use them in the future and will recommend to anyone who needs assistance!!!
