  Lifesavers on a Hot Day! I can’t say enough good things about Southside Energy. Our AC suddenly stopped working during a sweltering heatwave, and they were at our door the same day that we called. The technician was friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. It’s rare these days to find a company that’s both responsive and reliable, especially on short notice. Thanks to them, our house was cool and comfortable again in no time. Highly recommend!

  I chose Southside Energy for my HVAC replacement after 3 estimates as they offered the best price to replace the entire system. They did not disappoint. The job was done promptly and with thorough attention to detail. Rocky didn't leave until I was completely satisfied and understood the operation of my new system.   FYI, I'm a retired architect and have been around construction for over 50 years. Southside Energy replaced our old heat pump equipment and added a few additional branch ducts and diffusers. The crew did it all in one day. They were professional, courteous, kept me abreast of their progress and asked for my input about new diffuser locations. Replacing an existing unit in an attic with a low slope hip roof isn't any joy. But I never heard one complaint and nothing but great coordination within the crew. I'm very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

  We had them come out for our annual maintenance. They cleaned our unit, checked to be sure both the AC and Heat were working properly and even checked the duct work under the house. Rocky and partner were kind, friendly and professional. This is a great company and will recommend them anytime the opportunity arises!!!!!!!!!!!!
