  Bait and Switch. Advertised on their site a HVAC Tune up which listed cleaning as part of the $69 service. Technician seemed nice, but arrived 1 1/2 hours late without calling and told me he was here to do an inspection at $69 and then we can discuss the cost of cleaning and treatment of the coils at an additional price. Bait and Switch… Canceled and will reach out to another company that won’t advertise one service and then up charge you upon arrival.

  The stars are reflecting service on the electrician I had come out, Joana. She was absolutely amazing. It was great to watch her dive into my electrical issues with full confidence in what she was doing. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I fully understood what were talking about. She went above and beyond with helping me locate and understand certain breakers. My issue was with my GFCI outlet no longer working. The pricing I found to be expensive but sometimes thats what you have to pay for an expert. The dispatch fee is 69.99 but that is waived if you have the work done. For the troubleshooting was $266.xx and then a rough number to have the GFCI replace was over $300, and thats on top of the $266. A GFCI is about $20 from a hardware store, so do with that information what you will. If I have any more electrical issues I will surely request for Joana.

  I had the pleasure of working with Jason from Michael & Son, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My technician, Destyn, was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He could not have been a better representative of your company. It is because of outstanding employees like Destyn that I will continue to rely on Michael and Son for all of my plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and repair needs.

  5 Stars! Shelby replaced 3 toilets and repaired sink and shower leaks, as well as replacing the emergency valves on the hot water heater. She was efficient and clearly knows her stuff. She took the time to explain what was needed before repairs, providing an estimate before starting. Shelby was incredibly respectful of my home and was attentive to details and completed the jobs in a timely manner. I highly recommend this plumber!
