  Nyron was amazing! My furnace was not working and the code showed that it was the inducer motor. He told me when he got here that he doubted that was the case. Sure enough, it was a couple of dead blue jays in the vent that prevented the motor from spinning. $89 later he was on his way. Another nameless company would have had me replacing the entire unit (6-8k). He knew he could have easily charged me a ton more and didn’t. That is all anyone could ever ask for in a service technician! Michael and sons has now gained a loyal customer because of Nyron! Thank you!

  I was impressed from the initial call to inquire if their plumber was gas certified all the way till I signed the bill. Price was acceptable especially with the service I was given. I inquired on Saturday and was scheduled Monday :) Scott and his accomplice were fantastic and had much respect to myself and my home. They listened to what I needed and went above and beyond to help. THANK YOU

  Troy C. from Michael & Son is a knowledgeable electrician. He explained what I needed to be done for my kitchen and bathroom remodels after I showed him electrical problems I was having. He explained products and procedure in a way I could understand. He offered various choices, and talked with me about programs offered by the company to get a discount on the work and follow-up services. He is friendly, positive and took his time to develop a plan that suited my needs. Prices are fair and I look forward to starting the work.I will give another review once work is completed.

  So on November 10th I noticed my thermostat was not on or working so, I called Michael & Son they sent someone out to check it . When he arrived he looked at the thermostat and asked me did it run on batteries. I stated Michael & Son place it in they replaced the old one they told me i needed an updated one. Then he looks at my unit in the attic and he comes back and tells me a fuse is blown and tells me I don’t have one on my truck. He tells me he could come back tomorrow or they may schedule me either way I would hear from them. I told him it’s cold and it’s going to be cold On November 11th. He never told me the price and they made me an appointment that I never agreed upon. I’m sitting in my house cold as I don’t know what. My grandkids are here and my dog as well. I called back this morning to see what they were going to do. The lady that answered asked me did I get the email from the technician I told her no. She noticed he never sent it over and he didn’t have a price of how much the fuse will cost. They told me they couldn’t come until Friday. So I called back and asked what if I do an emergency service call the lady was like yes you can do that it will be 169.00 . I said i didn’t pay any thing when they came out prior. She was like oh you have the gold plan so it will not cost you anything. Still no one told me the cost of the fuse. I’m trying to get them to come earlier but they state we have you for this afternoon. But I need the price I’m so over this company back in June they came and did an electric check why did I allow them to do it they had half of my house without power and then they told us we needed a new circuit breaker. They quoted 900.00 at first and when I told them why was my power doing good before they came and when they technician was getting ready to leave he didn’t even say anything about my power. My husband told him are you leaving with half the power not working. So he goes back and do something my husband said and he makes some of it come on. He leaves when I get home the microwave, stove , AC, washer , and dryer not coming on. I called they come back and they bring a supervisor he states I need the breaker. I’m like no I don’t. So my co-worker gave me some one that came out and what happened was when he hooked up some machine to test how much power is running in my house he pulled one of the fuses loose. I asked for my money back that I had to pay for the company coming out. They wouldn’t pay it. They stated because I use another company I told them I wouldn’t allow them to come back in my house to look at my electric things again. They sent me 25.00 gift card I was like please. And now they want let me know what I need to pay for the fuse for my AC

  Appt window was 12-6. Tech called at 5:30 and said he wasn’t coming because he thought it was scheduled for repair and not service and cleaning. I called the office and they told me he would be here by 6:15. Once here he literally broke the furnace while inspecting it and wrote it up that it was an intermittent failure. There was nothing wrong with our systems before he came for a simple service inspection for our home sale. Then he informed me he wasn’t even here to inspect the AC units which I definitely made clear was also needed when I made the appt. He was definitely looking for issues to write in the report because he felt we would have to do them. You could tell he didn’t want to be at this appointment. He was confrontational during the entire appt. I would not recommend Michael and Sons at all. I have another company coming later this week to do the same service I wasted my money and time on today.
