James S. evaluated the whole space, and caught multiple issues that past inspectors and plumbers had missed. He spent two full days replacing almost every drain pipe we have and fixing all these problems, by himself, without a break, but stayed super friendly and upbeat the whole time. The "can do!" attitude is hard to find, and I really appreciate it. We are so happy with the work that was done, and with our new go-to plumber. Get Lit has been a 10/10 every time I've called them (we had some electrical work done recently, too); I can't recommend them highly enough.

He came out to our house for a suspected leak in our master bathroom shower, and he has since been nothing short of kind, professional, and has actively listened to every concern. He has answered all of our questions thoroughly and his knowledge and expertise is unmatched. From beginning to end, he has shown compassion and empathy for the situation and walked us through every step, from diagnosis to repair. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!! I 100% recommend Get Lit (specifically James!) for all of your plumbing needs and he will be our first call in the future should anything arise!!

I called and they were able to get someone to come out same day without an extra charge. Danny arrived as expected, was very professional and just a great guy. He determined found the solution to my problem in less than 5 minutes and because little to no work was involved (just someone who knew what the heck to look!), he didn't charge for coming out. This is where the honest part comes in. We've used them in the past and will continue to use them again and would highly recommend you do that same! Thanks Danny and Get Lit!
