  After visiting a number of area flooring stores and considering online reviews, we decided to work with Floors Unlimited and are glad we did. We made several visits to the store and both Phillip and Kevin were very helpful with our selection process. The installers were impressive, staying on task with a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. They moved furniture in multiple rooms with no damage and cleaned up everything afterwards. We are really pleased with our experience and would recommend Floors Unlimited for their selection and outstanding customer service.

  Wow! I have been nothing but impressed with Floors Unlimited so far. We have decided to hire them a second time due to their amazing customer service and quality of install craftsmanship. Kevin is an absolute rockstar; count yourself lucky if you get the honor to work with him. Their tile team did an AMAZING job with our classroom transitioning to bathroom tile job. Very very high quality and craftsmanship for their install. Flooring installers are a dime a dozen, and we have had some really negative experiences based on choosing the wrong company… You just can’t go wrong with a family run business who has been servicing the Great Bridge area for nearly half a century. Rock bottom pricing, high quality installs, and super cool people which is important.

  Amazing amazing amazing experience. I highly recommend. The entire process was smooth, no confusion on anything. If I had questions they were answered. Entire team very professional and exceeded expectations. Again, I can’t recommend them enough.

  This store is amazing! Kevin Scott is so good at his trade. He has an eye for detail and it is spot on. Couldn’t be happier with Kevin and Floors Unlimited! Highly recommend for all your flooring needs.

  In June, I had extensive water damage in my bedroom. I was heartsick. Kevin, the store manager, came by to assess the situation, measure, make recommendations, and give an estimate. Then Will, the installer, came by on a Friday from 9 to 5 with no lunch break. He made a great number of trips back and forth from the bedroom to his van - always carrying something. He efficiently, methodically, neatly, cleanly, and excellently installed the sharp looking Historic Oak Ash Laminate along with baseboard and quarter round. BTW, Marcus, another store employee, mixed some stains together to come up with a perfect match for the quarter round. He is a true artisan. I love looking at this beautiful laminate. It goes very well with my pale yellow walls. The great job done by these competent professionals serves to redeem the tragedy I first experienced. Floors Unlimited is my favorite flooring store.
