    After having initial issue with tiles cracking due to low spots on concrete floor, Jeff came to the house and set up replacement of flooring. I could not be happier with both his handling of our situation and the finished job. Also very impressed with the installation team. They were so considerate of my home, taking great care to cover my foyer flooring and entry outside. They did a fantastic job. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Jeff.

    I have worked with Kevin on several projects over the years on different rental properties. Family Flooring always helps me make good choices based on the needs of the project and budget. Today, I had two rooms of carpet replaced at my own personal house. Kevin helped us choose a carpet that will hold up against the busy lives of children and dogs, fit within our budget, and looks fantastic in our home. The installation team was very quick and efficient, respectful of our space, and did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things!!

    Went to their website to research this company decided to use their contact form to contact them (I mean that is what it is there for) I wanted to hire them to do a flooring job, because that is what they supposedly do do you know no one ever called me back. So I hired someone else two days ago and the $1950 job is already done. Don't wast your time on a company that does not have the decency to return messages generated via potential customers through their own website contact form.
