  Chimney USA was on time. Service completed as described. Clothes dryer is now working without lint hindering: dryer was having problems until the exhaust was cleaned. This was the second time I used their service and will use them again next time.

  I can’t begin to describe how pleased I was with Chimney USA’s Tech, “ETHAN”! First~he actually took his shoes off upon entering my home! BIG PLUS! Ethan did a thorough check of my Ben Franklin Fireplace Stove and gave me his professional advice. He did a great job cleaning the interior of the fireplace. Ethan went up to the roof to inspect the stovepipe cover. He found a few minor issues which could eventually cause a rain leak, took photos and brought them down for me to see and decide on repairs. I opted to have them fixed while he was already here. Ethan was very cordial and professional. He did not pressure me to have anything done, just strongly shared his professional advice, which I greatly appreciated. He is a fine young man with 4 years of experience with Chimney USA. I and certainly impressed with his service call and will DEFINITELY request Ethan’s services for my next fire place cleaning. Do yourself a favor~ don’t look any further!   Thorough examination including on the roof! Cleaned entire fireplace and chimney. Looks brand new even though 45yrs old. Needs a part so tech will be back when he finds one. Highly recommend.
