Throughout the process, Justin demonstrated exceptional confidence expertise, and efficiency, taking the time to explain the function of each component and how the system heats water. Central Plumping ordered a new heater and had it installed without 48 hours. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to their work - they take their business seriously and deliver outstanding results. Justin's politeness and friendliness made it easy for me to understand the technical details, and his professionalism was evident in every interaction, including his careful adherence to Central Plumbing's customer service standards such as wearing shoe coverings inside my home.
