  I think the service call fee is excessive but the cost of labor and parts was reasonable. The technician was polite, focused, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on the truck and fixed the water heater in a short amount of time.

  Our appointment was for a faucet repair. I love how they send a picture of the technician who is coming. Each phone interaction was very pleasant, which I appreciate. Also, the technician was very pleasant and informative. He performed the work easily amd then was on his way. Would definitely call them in the future if we need service again.

  The team at Robertson is very professional and always does a fantastic job. Highly recommend their services. They are my go to for plumbing, HVAC, electical for all the houses we manage at Wintergreen. I have been working with Carmen for years now and the service she and Robertson provides is a true differentiator.

  Robertson electric was very helpful today with us. They came to our house and checked the upstairs and downstairs hall lights. We had been noticing the lightbulbs were flashing. My wife explained the issue and brought them to the lights in question. They reviewed the wiring and replaced the lightbulbs. They were on time, assessed and fixed the trouble, for their standard good and reasonable rate. They communicated with each of us in different places. They called me in a different city. My wife uses a unique google voice phone and they were fine with this. They did not upsell us on any work of items, which i appreciate. They make a habit of explaining what and they do efficient, knowledgable work, in my opinion. My spouse and i have been grateful for Robertson Electric and they have helped us for a number of years. To their credit, they actually arranged to service our home a bit early, in the afternoon, so that we could have our evening. They are polite and we know several associates by name.

  Our HVAC went out a few weeks ago, and another company came out to assess it. We called Robertson Electric for a second opinion at the recommendation of Able Heating and Air. I think it says a lot about a company AND the company they recommend if they’re willing to lose out on your business to get you help quicker. We are very grateful for Able’s recommendation! Leo Conner was our technician from Robertson Electric; we loved him. He was thorough and kind, and we’re glad we got the second opinion from him. The first company that came out recommended replacing our blower motor for $1,500 (parts and labor). They said that rust had caused the blower motor to stop working. Our system is only 5.5 years old and we didn’t think it was rusted beyond normal for its age, so we went for a second opinion. Leo found that a power outage a few weeks prior had caused a power surge, causing our defrost board to go bad, and we had been running on EmHeat for some time (which we did not notice). Eventually, our blower motor became overheated and broke as a result. Leo replaced the blower motor with a universal one (knowing that our warranty was expired and there was no reason for an OEM blower motor that is triple the cost) and it was $775 for the parts plus labor, and $150 for the diagnostic fee. He immediately ordered the defrost board and installed that a few days later for $805 (part plus labor). Leo caught the root cause of our issues, making it so that everything would be fixed when all the work was complete and we wouldn’t have another system failure a few weeks down the road. He helped explain what had likely happened to cause it, which put us at ease because we were worried something was wrong with our whole system. He took the time to make sure it wasn’t something simpler or cheaper like our capacitor. He was methodical/thorough with his diagnostics. We are really happy to have found a company we can be so confident in—we are more than certain we will call on them again for other home fixes in the future. Their pricing also was very reasonable. Leo never made us feel pressured for our purchases and he asked us before he replaced anything. We would recommend Robertson!
