By the time they left everything worked better than it ever had . They cleaned up so well that you would never know they were here .

Brown customers after our previous HVAC provider was purchased by a national, private-equity backed corporation because we wanted to stay with a local company. We have a service contract with W.E. Brown and couldn't be happier with our experiences to date. They are honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and have excellent customer service. Recently, we had our semiannual HVAC maintenance appointment and were very impressed with our HVAC tech, David. He was a true professional, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile by bringing an unrelated dryer vent problem to our attention, which we greatly appreciated. As a customer, I wish there were more companies out there that held themselves to the high standards that W.E. Brown holds itself to.
- NSNow On SaleSep 27, 20251.0Very stubborn call and scheduling person Donna, who cannot understand (or purposefully fails to) the difference between a regular service visit and a full-payment install visit. She’s hell-bent upon charging the full price of the latter even if you’re asking for a regular tech visit (followed by a full service install visit later as appropriate). She’s also willing to lose a client over her stubbornness. Both our homes were charged service partner prepaid maintenance costs and never received the services. Hopefully the owners can see this honest feedback (after days of trying to reason with this person!) and improve services to future clients as well as prevent future damage to the company’s reputation. We had a good working relationships with their techs and Britney until Ms Donna threw her hammer on the glass repeatedly.
