I knew that WE Brown had a good reputation and was still locally owned, both of which appealed to me. I met with Mckenzie Martin, who was incredibly thorough, direct, and very pleasant. His men arrived today with the HW heater, a natural gas Direct Vent, and a replacement pressure tank for the well. They were prompt, professional, and treated our home respectfully. We also signed up for their maintenance agreement for the systems, and I believe we will be happy to have done so.

By the time they left everything worked better than it ever had . They cleaned up so well that you would never know they were here .
