He explained each step clearly so I would understand my new system and what steps I could take to maximize my home heating and cooling. He also introduced me to the idea of remote sensing for my thermostat to more evenly distribute the warm or cool air to my upper level. He also mentioned the importance of filters and possibly air scrubbing for improved indoor air quality. He did a very nice maintenance job and I plan to explore both remote sensor and air scrubber for my home system.
