At first it appeared the motor was bad but when he took it apart, a bolt (factory built) had come loose and was inhibiting the motor movement, do we didn't have to pay for a new motor, although the unit was still under warranty. Austin then did a diagnostic check on everything and found a bad sensor that will have to be ordered and replaced but after two days with no heat, we are very thankful. We had a regular maintenance visit set up for November that they had to push to December and then January since Robertson is short staffed...that might have saved us two days of cold and a service call but there aren't enough good residential techs like Austin around.

However, I want to commend them on exemplifying their values and commitment to community. Each December they offer a Warm Wishes program that gifts a heat pump and installation to a family in need of one. My service man made sure to bring the program to my attention. This year a family I nominated won this amazing gift after living more than a decade without heat or cooling. This has been life changing for them.
