    This one star is credit to the sales who was responsive and friendly. The installation is a piece of shit: carpet staying away from baseboard, lots of trims hanging around. Be aware! They will damage your baseboard but clear themselves because their contract says so.

    I bought an expensive vinyl flooring that started to buckle after only two years. When I first reached out about getting it fixed, they came and took pictures. They never got back to me. I've been leaving messages with the worker and supervisor for months and they refuse to call me back. I just need the floor fixed. They don't stand by their work and refuse to communicate. Bad business.

    UPDATE (March 8, 2022): I followed up again a few weeks ago and still have not received a response. Still the same answer and without a solution to fix their mistake. Would love to give them 5-stars, because the pre-installation process was very friendly, straight forward, and seamless. However, one of the rooms that received new carpet had several dirt stains from the installers and a crease on the carpet. I called twice to speak to someone about this and was told I would be contacted by another department to have a service team clean the carpet and remove the crease. I've waited several months for a follow up to give them the opportunity to fix this wrong. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from them and therefore the dirt and the crease remain on the carpet they installed.

    Very disappointed with our experience. Had a nice man named Jack who was taking care of us but we never heard back after our estimate. The flooring was on sale and we wanted to lock in the price and still have yet to hear so are moving in a different direction. Overall I had been in contact with the company for a little over month and have yet to hear back any numbers or move forward.
