- BKB KDec 6, 20212.0UPDATE (March 8, 2022): I followed up again a few weeks ago and still have not received a response. Still the same answer and without a solution to fix their mistake. Would love to give them 5-stars, because the pre-installation process was very friendly, straight forward, and seamless. However, one of the rooms that received new carpet had several dirt stains from the installers and a crease on the carpet. I called twice to speak to someone about this and was told I would be contacted by another department to have a service team clean the carpet and remove the crease. I've waited several months for a follow up to give them the opportunity to fix this wrong. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from them and therefore the dirt and the crease remain on the carpet they installed.
