They came over and promptly said that they don't deal with plumbing issues (even though they said they did over the phone), and then REFUSED TO LEAVE unless we paid the $83 "diagnostic fee". This made my wife very uncomfortable. Needless to say, we will not be contacting them again, or recommending them to anyone.
