The technicians that came out for our install were all professional and respectful of us and our property.

After $750 and three visits, it is not repaired. They’ve demanded an additional $250 to try again, but we cannot trust their work (or warranty) at this stage. Thus, we are hiring another company to complete the simple repair Beck Cohen could not.

My service technician, David Nyberg, was amazing. Professionally dressed, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He called me on the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way, arrive exactly on time and he completed all of the service to our expectations. He was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about the appliances in our newly purchased home. He really went above and beyond. Prior to the visit the communication from the Beck and Cohen team was impeccable. Audrey and others on the team were in regular communication via text and email throughout the process. David arrived with everything he needed on his truck. The pricing for the service and our annual service contract were reasonably priced. No need to call anyone else!
