After having the windows for a few years, I noticed a couple of drafty areas, they came right out assessed the problem, ordered new windows and replaced them. Fantastic customer service, super friendly techs, highly recommend Window World!

I had mine install 15 years ago and they are still in amazing shape and the life time guarantee has been used for probably 8-10 of our windows, no questions asked, they just fabricate a new window as they keep the specs on hand if you give them the identifying numer and location of the window. Technician arrivess sometime in the next few weeks with the window. I can't recommend this company enough, they stand behind their excellent product. I wish i needed to buy windows again :). In an age where things are disposable and short lived this product is one of them
