Both Austin Cascia and Mike Dubs were outstanding. Austin was very professional and patient. He didn’t push the sale at all, but focused on explaining the system’s performance and helping me understand the key aspects of a whole-house water filtration. He also recommended the right products based on the water quality in our area. Mike Dubs handled the installation with exceptional care and expertise, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything went seamlessly, and I’m looking forward to continued service with Carroll Water. Highly recommended!

I was very nervous after a rough long distance move from Florida to Virginia when our water softener external parts were damaged during the move. But thanks to Adam and team on addressing and reconnecting our ECO water systems. We now have soft water and the best drinking water once again. Adam had come out on the first visit to assess and scope out what needed to be done. Then on the second visit he successfully fixed the issues and reconnected the two systems. Adam is approachable, knowledgeable, detail oriented with clear communication style. He provided answers to our many questions about the systems and his work was done with quality and care.
