  Great experience. Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful, making the consult. Jen at the front desk was super friendly and professional, calling after install to make sure all went well. Carpet looks amazing. Would definitely recommend.

  Refinished my wood floors. Looks like new!! Outstanding customer service. Workers VERY professional. Took care of my home as if it was there own. I HIGHLY recommend Crown Floors.

  My wife and I were so happy to have stopped by Crown Floors, since we pass by their Chantilly store on Route 50 almost daily. We were starting bathroom renovations and interior painting, followed by carpet replacement, so we wanted to see what they had to offer. Sam is a fantastic person who educated us on carpet selections, and provided recommendations. He came to do measurements and provide an estimate, all very promptly. Because of the bath renovations and painting, Sam patiently waited for us to be done before starting work. Scheduling the work was a breeze, and we only waited a few days for it to begin Alfredo and his installation partner were obviously very experienced and efficient, and they did EXCEPTIONAL work. The amount and quality of workmanship performed in a span of 1-1/2 days was impressive. Again, we’re quite happy we stopped by and worked with Sam, Willy, and Alfredo…they’re an amazing team, and hope to work with them again.
